Appreciated our 2 nights stay. Amazing location and really accommodating staff were a definite plus. The restaurant was small.

Wonderful very central location, near to the main shopping area & The Rows, Chester on many occasions and the pub itself.

The double room was compact, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A hairdryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets were very handy. The hotel had a very central position close to the pub itself, the bar/restaurant and the Town Square. 

A nice size and well-equipped unit with comfy bed, sofa, the bathroom.

The room was well-equipped and top-notch as requested. This hotel was located in a central area very close to the Town Square, Chester on many occasions and the cathedral. Btw, it was within walking distance of Suspension 

It was clean, I would definitely stop here again. Enjoyed my such great stay for three nights.

King room with coffees and large windows, as for instance was ready when we arrived. Coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge were a nice touch.

We were offered very very good breakfasts with free coffee and the scrambled egg, as example.

Its location was great, short walk to the storyhouse. Besides, it was 2 km away from Roodee.

Units with king bed. Fantastic hotel in an incredible setting right in the heart of town. Again, walking distance to Walls of Chester.

The location in a shopping area was excellent and fab and there were a market and shops nearby. Besides, it was easy to get to a military museum.

The location couldn't be better, with easy access to shopping and all the sights of the city. The hotel had a cozy and festive feel, with a lovely log fire and Christmas decorations. The rooms, whether premier or standard, were beautifully decorated 

I liked its best possible and fab location!

Everything was amazing, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for three nights. The staff was attentive and hard-working from arrival until we left. The room with organised prosecco ready. Hotel's restaurant was lovely and with appetising food. Nothing
